What Are We Looking For?
InSynch Health is growing, and we're excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our inpatient psychiatric care team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional medical care within a behavioral health setting, fostering a supportive environment that promotes holistic wellness and recovery. Spanish-speaking providers are strongly preferred (though not required), as we strive to better serve our diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the medical health needs of an inpatient psychiatric caseload, conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans for acute and chronic medical issues.

  • Work closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to integrate medical and psychiatric care within individualized treatment plans.

  • Deliver care within our state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric hospital, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.

  • Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (to better serve our diverse patient population).
